CNC Operators

Job Responsibilities

As a CNC operator, you will be responsible for CNC-controlled machines with associated robotic automation. Together with your colleagues in the same process, you are responsible for continuously delivering products of the right quality with the right productivity, ensuring this is done safely. To achieve this, you will work daily with tool changes, operator maintenance, 5S troubleshooting, measurement control, etc.

About You
We are looking for someone with a strong interest in data and an understanding of IT-related contexts. You are a responsible, hardworking individual with a desire to develop and a willingness to learn. You are driven by set goals and focused on ensuring production runs smoothly. You also have the ability to collaborate and communicate, working equally well independently and in a team. You have a high safety awareness and prioritize your own and others' safety. It is also required that you are quality-conscious, meticulous, and service-oriented.

Your Background

-          We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, has an interest in IT, is curious, and has a logical and systematic thinking approach.

-          You should have a background as a CNC operator or equivalent experience.

-          We prefer candidates with experience or studies in Siemens systems and machining.

-          You need to have worked with various cutting tools such as mills, broaches, and turning tools.

-          We want you to be able to read drawings and control measurements according to SPS, robots, and automation.

-          You have a forklift license for stackers and preferably good computer skills.

-          Since we have a strong focus on safety, it is important that you are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

The position is a temporary employment with the possibility of permanent employment, and the working hours are currently scheduled for two shifts, with weekends and nights possible.
